Recently seen at Target, yet another reason the world hates America:

These were apparently the big new thing to fry at the Minnesota State Fair this year. They also have them at the Santa Monica pier, but when we were down there they were all sold out.
While standing in front of this atrocity at Target, Yuki and I found it difficult to believe that such a product actually existed. Fear became horror became curiosity became fascination became hunger. I feel like maybe we went and ate at the Sbarro’s/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut after that.
I could be wrong.

So yukino, with your focus on disgusting food products, why nary a whisper about cheeseburger fries?
Here I thought Scotland was leading the pack of fried horrors with scotch eggs and deep fried mars bars. But no… I think deep fried Twinkies might actually be worse.
I’ve no intention of trying them to find out, of course.
