I’m not sure whose building it is, but it’s on the corner of W 44th and the Ave of the Americas (directly across 44th from Sushi-Zen restaurant).

It’s 1155 6th Ave; the sign out front says The Wall Street Journal, but they probably just rent the top couple of floors.
