- John Phillip Sousa’s “Stars and Stripes Forever” march has lyrics.
- Edo Nyland and his (simplified) VCV dictionary.
- H. G. Wells has a lunar crater named after him, whereas Orson Welles has one on Mars.
- “Tainted Love” was originally performed by Gloria Jones.
- Angular frequency is denoted by a lowercase omega.

Would the stars happen to represent Angels?
And the stripes…they would not represent the stripes administered to our King Jesus before his death would it?

I recognized some of the lyrics to the refrain in “Stars and Stripes.” I don’t remember where I heard it/learned it—might have been an obscure music class way back when.
