Still utterly sick. In addition to the coughing and resultant sore throat I’ve picked up a fever and headache as well. As you can imagine I spent another wonderful day cloistered inside the house. Very, very miserable.
Just surfing around the internet, I ran across an interesting bit of information on the actor Oliver Reed. Now, as I’m sure you all know, Mr. Reed died while filming the movie Gladiator, in which he played the part of Proximo. Well, according to the IMDB, there’s a bit more to that story.
He died of a heart attack in a bar after downing three bottles of rum and winning five sailors in arm-wrestling.
